Indie Author Day 2018

Mark your calendars! 


Indie Author Day will be held on Saturday, October 13, 2018. On this one day, libraries and organizations around the world welcome local indie authors, writers and their communities in for a day of education, networking, mingling, writing, open mics, panels and so much more! The Seguin Public Library is participating for the first time during Indie Author Day and we have planned a schedule full of activities!

Events:

  • Workshop: So You Want to Write a Novel (first come, first serve basis due to limited seating) @ 10am-12pm
  • Write and Sip (free coffee and tea provided) @ 10am-12pm
  • Open Mic Session @ 12pm-1pm
  • Author's Panel @ 1pm-2pm
  • Author Meet & Greet @ 2pm-4pm (light refreshments will be provided)

Authors participating are June Fitzsimmons-Esparza, Linda Heiser Baenziger, Ana Maria Gonzalez, Melinda Freeland, Nolan Schmidt, Judy Sheer Watters, Marika Bordes, K. Wendt, Martha Miller, T.D. Wilson, and Mary Jo Langford.
