   Emergency:

   Seguin and Guadalupe County, use the 911 emergency system.

   Non-Emergency:

   The Seguin Fire/Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Dispatch may be contacted directly, 24 hours a day via our non-emergency number at 830-379-2123.

   EMS Billing and Administration:

   For EMS Billing and administrative assistance including the Fire Chief, please contact the Seguin Fire/EMS Administration Offices at 830-401-2310 Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

   EMS Rotations:

   Students of EMS certification programs may sign up for rotations on available medic units. The minimum amount of time allowed is 4 hours. Students are able to do rotations from 7 am to 7 pm. Slots are filled on a first-come-first-serve basis. To schedule a rotation, contact Fire Administration at 830-401-2310 Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm for scheduling.
