AREA HOUSING ACTIVITY

A housing boom is underway in Seguin, TX.  There are more than a dozen projects with over 5,000 homes in the pipeline to be developed and more projects to come.

The map below shows where all of the homes will be constructed. Home prices are expected to start in the high $100K to $220K range. Although some of the homes will be in the Navarro ISD, more than half of these homes will be in Seguin ISD.
