The Texas Department of Transportation is asking citizens to participate in a public engagement opportunity regarding the preparation of bicycle plans in a pilot program that includes the San Antonio District. Developing a regional framework is vital as the state works to provide safe, thoughtfully designed, well-maintained facilities for bicyclists within each district and between districts, providing connectivity across the state..
The public is asked to provide input by participating in a brief Bicycle Needs Survey for the San Antonio TxDOT district. Help identify opportunities to develop bikeway networks integrated with the state system to improve safety, connectivity, and access within and between TxDOT districts.
