Overview
The Planning and Zoning Commission is a nine-member Mayor appointed and City-Council-approved commission charged with administering Seguin's Subdivision Ordinance and acts as a recommending body for the Zoning Ordinance. The Commission also considers a wide range of land use issues such as utility impact fees, areas for annexation and environmental topics.
Members shall be appointed for a three-year term and no member shall serve more than two consecutive terms. Members shall reside in the corporate city limits.
