Welcome to the Seguin Public Library's Adult Summer Reading Experience! The Summer Reading Experience is a free 8-week celebration of reading and fun challenges and events the library offers through the months of June and July for adults.

The library's summer reading experience inspires adults to read for pleasure. Anyone 18 and older may participate in the Adult Summer Reading Experience.

Get rewarded for reading this summer with our Adult Summer Reading Experience. Adults can complete gameboards by reading, participating in challenges or attending events. For every book you read, program you attend, or challenge you participate in, the closer you're to completing your gameboard.

How to play

Blackout the Community Gameboard! Complete all squares & enter the ticket for the Grand Prize drawing of your choice. Complete more than one gameboard for more chances to win.

  • Anyone 18+ may participate in the Adult Summer Reading Experience.
  • You can always substitute an event or activity for 2 hours of reading. 
  • Get rewarded for reading this summer. For every book you read, program you attend, or activity you complete, the closer you are to completing your gameboard. 
  • Complete the gameboard and submit you ticket beginning on June 8th for the Summer Prize Raffles. 
  • Only registered participants are eligible for the raffles. Complete more than one gameboard for more chances to win. 
  • Only registered participants are eligible for the Blackout Grand Prizes.
