The Purchasing Department acts as the centralized office for the acquisition, management and disposal of City equipment, materials, supplies, and services. The department is responsible for ensuring that all procurements are in accordance with the City of Seguin Charter, State of Texas Statutes, and applicable Federal government requirements. Our goal is to ensure that Seguin taxpayers receive the maximum value for every expenditure and that all expenditures are conducted in a manner that preserves the public trust.

The City of Seguin will receive sealed proposals to furnish the items or services listed. Sealed proposals must be received at the time and location specified in the bid package. Formal bids will be publicly opened and read at 3 pm in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 205 N. River Street on the bid opening date.
Addendums will be added to the Bids Module as they are issued.
