Complimentary Pet Food Distribution

Seguin Animal Services (SAS) and SAS volunteers offer a pet food distribution program for low-income Seguin residents. Cat and dog food will be handed out to pre-qualified participants on the first and third Tuesday of each month from 9 to 11 am.

To qualify, local residents are required to come to the Seguin Animal Services at 555 Fred Byrd Drive to complete a short pre-qualification form. Please bring identification, proof of income or proof of government assistance programs. Please, only one application per residence. Multiple applications will not be honored. Must have a current Texas identification, driver's license or other valid document to show proof of residence within the city of Seguin. The food will be distributed by SAS volunteers at the Seguin "mulch" location just past the shelter (on the right) on Fred Byrd Drive.

SAS volunteers will hand out food on a first-come-first-served basis as long as supplies last and only on prescribed days and hours. Please contact Seguin Animal Services for further assistance at 830-401-2335.

Seguin Animal Services is always in need of food for our program to help our community. If you would like to donate any dry or wet dog/cat food please drop off to the shelter during business hours. Donations can also be dropped off at Pet Supplies Plus, located at 1500 East Court in Suite 720.
