Notary Public Services

  • Beginning on August 1st, 2023, the Seguin Public Library will begin offering Notary Public Services.
  • The Seguin Public Library provides notary services for a fee of $5.00 per document which must be paid prior to the notarization. 
  • Notary services are available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. by appointment. 
  • Walk-in service is possible but cannot be guaranteed without an appointment. 
  • Notary service is limited to 3 documents per person, per visit.
  • Notary Public Request forms must be brought in person to the library or emailed to library@seguintexas.gov. 
  •  Appointments will not be made by phone.
