EMS Billing & Administration

For EMS Billing and administrative assistance including the Fire Chief and Fire Marshal please contact the Seguin Fire/EMS Administration Offices at (830) 401-2310 Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

Public Education

To schedule a public education event including station tours, puppet shows, and classroom presentations aimed at children, please contact the public education officer at (830) 401-2319 Monday-Friday 8am-5pm or fill out the web form.

EMS Rotations

Students of EMS certification programs may sign up for rotations on available medic units in 8 hour shifts: 7AM-3PM or 3PM-11PM (double shifts when available). Slots are filled on a first come first serve basis. To schedule a rotation contact the shift officer at (830) 401-2315 Monday-Friday 8am-5pm for scheduling.
