Animals For Adoption
One of the primary goals of Seguin Animal Services is to place as many pets as possible into quality homes with responsible owners. Responsible ownership includes spaying and neutering, vaccinating for rabies and other diseases, and making sure your pet is wearing a collar with an identification tag at all times.
City code requires that all animals adopted from Seguin Animal Services be vaccinated for rabies and spayed or neutered. Cats, dogs, and other animals come to the shelter with a wide variety of backgrounds. Frequently their health and vaccination history is unknown to us. Your first responsibility as an adopter is to take your new furry friend to a veterinarian as soon as possible!
